As of 2022, the D365 version 10.0.25 has been undergoing architectural changes. The Human Resources application is integrated into the MS D365 Finance and Operations system, although priorly it was supported separately from D365.
What changes will we see?
- From now on, companies using the D365 FINANCE module will have access to the personnel module D365 HUMAN RESOURCES. The management of vacation and sick leave, disbursements and tasks will be at their access.
- Functionality is enabled through Feature Management upon customer’s decision
- No integration between D365 FINANCE and D365 HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) shall be required anymore. All HR data will be in one database and merged with the Finance module.
- Customers using the HR module in a separate application will be addressed to the Finance and Operations application. And those customers who already used the HR module in the Finance and Operations application will see new functionalities which can be enabled with each new version.
