Your personal information is used in the recruitment process only. We do not share any of your personal information with third parties. After the vacancy is closed, you can ask us to delete all your data from our databases.

We are happy you did it, now, all you have to do is wait a bit. Typically, after applying, you will receive an email advising that your application has been received and is being examined.

Application processing takes up to 5 working days on average. However, please keep in mind that we contact those who we rate as a good fit for the position you are applying for.

Our employees are our greatest asset, so we do our best for their well-being to make every team member feel comfortable and safe in the workplace. We support team spirituality by organizing monthly team buildings (even virtual ones!), And the celebrations that have become a tradition (Winter and Summer Holidays, Dynamics Days and others) provide an opportunity to communicate more in a non-work environment.

As a great team, we passionately follow our core values and apply them in work with our clients as well as communicating with each other. Our core values are openness, teamwork, goal orientation, and proactivity.

We do not have a dress code or strict working hours for the offices. However, all of us have to consider what it means to work in a team.

The answer is simple: it’s up to you. We do not insist on you being a friend (more than a colleague) to everyone. For us, the result, mutual respect, and openness is more important, but we are always honestly happy when friendship grows between colleagues.

Probably the most important thing we pay attention to is what kind of experience do you have with IT, technology, or business processes, as well as how this experience can be applied to our projects.

We work with companies from all over the world, so knowledge of languages is important for us.

Furthermore, it is important for us that our cultural values coincide, as well as your personal goals.

Career growth at GO-ERP is not about getting a new position but about the amount of responsibility entrusted to oneself. If you remain in the position of a developer over the years, this does not mean that you are stagnating.

On the contrary, over the years if you decide to take on new challenges, you have the opportunity to create your team, which you will lead. Also, if you become responsible for a significant function or product in the organization, your input will become required in the strategic path of the company.

You still can have a programmer position in your contract or change it if your responsibilities allow it. As the number of responsibilities grows, so will the material component as well as your importance at GO-ERP be much higher if you succeed.

On the other hand, there is also an obvious choice of trying a different position at our company if you wish to try something else out.

If another candidate was chosen for the current open position, that does not mean that the same outcome will happen next time. There can be multiple different reasons for hiring decisions and most, if not all, do change over time.

For example, another candidate could be chosen because their experience was more readily applicable to the current project. This results in lower onboarding time which at that moment might have been a very important criteria as we did not have enough free resources for training. At another time, we could commit to a longer onboarding process or your own experience would be different.
